Where We Ship

MACH HAUS CO. ships within California only. We do not ship outside of California at this time, in compliance with California Cottage Food Law (Class A permit).

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Pacifica, CA. Pickup details and scheduling will be confirmed via email after your order is placed.

Processing Time

All cookies are made to order in small batches. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment or pickup.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS within California. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery within California is 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Perishable Items

Our cookies are freshly baked and perishable. We recommend consuming within 7 days of delivery. We are not responsible for quality issues resulting from delayed delivery outside our control.
