Where do you ship?

California only, for now. We're a small-batch operation selling direct to California residents. Shipping beyond the state is on the roadmap — join the list and you'll be the first to know when it happens.

Will the cookies be fresh when they arrive?

Yes. Every cookie is baked, cooled, and individually sealed to lock in freshness, then shipped fast — most California orders arrive within 1–2 days. For the just-out-of-the-oven experience, warm it before eating (there's a card in the box).

How should I store them? Do they need to be refrigerated?

Keep them at room temperature — never the fridge, which dries cookies out. Sealed, they hold their quality for about a week. [CONFIRM exact shelf life after your test.]

How do I get that fresh-baked taste?

Warm it. A few seconds in the microwave or a few minutes in a low oven brings the molten center and crisp edges right back. Exact timing is on the card in every box. [FINALIZE timing after your reheat test.]

What's in them? Any allergens?

Brown butter, real chopped chocolate (milk and semisweet), flaky sea salt, and a few things we obsess over. They contain milk, wheat, and eggs, and are made in a kitchen that also handles common allergens.

Are they made to order?

Yes — small batches, made by hand. That's the whole point.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, early in the week so nothing sits over a weekend. Most California orders land within 1–2 days of shipping, and you'll get tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because everything is baked fresh and perishable, we can't change or cancel once an order is placed — please double-check before checkout. If something arrives wrong or damaged, email us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final on perishable food. But if your order shows up damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we'll fix it.

Are they vegan or gluten-free?

Not right now — these are made with real butter, wheat flour, and eggs. One cookie, done our way.

Do you do gifts, events, or bulk orders?
