About

Most people stopped when everyone around them said it was great. I kept going.

I'm a registered nurse. It's a job where good enough gets people hurt — where the standard isn't negotiable and shortcuts don't exist. That mentality doesn't turn off when you leave the hospital. It followed me into the kitchen.

I made batch after batch. My coworkers ate them, my family ate them, my friends ate them — and they loved every single one. And every time I tasted one myself, I knew it could be better. That gap between what everyone else accepted and what I knew was possible became the whole obsession. I stopped counting the batches. I'm competitive by nature, and I wasn't done competing.

Then I got there. Edges that crunch. A center that never sets. Brown butter underneath everything. Pools of real chocolate. Flaky salt at the end. Every bite something different. I tasted it and knew: it would be a crime to keep this inside one kitchen in Pacifica.

That's why Mach Haus exists.

The name found me at the gym. I've loved Top Gun my whole life — enough to name my son Maverick. Mach is speed, boldness, the sound barrier. Haus is everything behind it: precision, intention, a standard that doesn't bend. M.A.C.H. — Maillard. Aged. Crafted. Handmade.

You're early. Before the lines, before everyone you know is talking about it.

Take a bite. I think you'll be back.
